Terraria console gameplay: from tutorial to dungeon crawling

The PC indie hit Terraria is headed to consoles, and VG247 was given an exclusive look at what's new and special about the console port. Gameplay footage is below.
It's hard to really describe Terraria to most, so let's put it like this: it's like Minecraft but in 2D; you get loads of awesome weapons; and it contains crazy enemies and magical powers.
Sounds pretty good huh?
New to the console version is a Tutorial Mode, which we we've played a bit. Our efforts are posted below.
