Mew-Genics to have a 20-track soundtrack by Ridiculon

Mew-Genics is going to have a heck of a soundtrack, if the latest developer update it anything to go by.

John Evans and Matthias Bossi were already confirmed to be on board the project, producing the title theme, but in Team Meat's latest blog a video diary reveals the pair, now dubbed Ridiculon, are behind ten songs, ten instrumentals, and a bunch of other audio.

Watch the video below to hear some of the soundtrack, which is already shaping up to be pretty catchy. "Got cat? Let's fight."

In last week's update, Team Meat said players will be able to send their cats to participate in races in the sewers.

"Is your cat in shape? Has he taken his pills? Has he had a good nights sleep? Does he have ADD? What about a few extra legs?" the post asked.

Mew-Genics is rocketing up my personal anticipation list. Just look at all these great features: it's very strange, random and involves cats; it has at least five characters; provides about 12,207,031,250,000,000,000,000 cats; includes randomly-generated trinkets; and will have cat pageants. It's coming to iOS and other platforms but has not been dated.
