Rift players coaxed back for free play

From Friday 14 December through to Tuesday 18 December former Rift players can log in and try the new Storm Legion expansion along with the latest game update.

The latest update, 2.1: Endless Eclipse, is scheduled to go live on servers tomorrow, courtesy of TenTonHammer, who report that all players including RIFT Lite users, can also take part in the new Yule Festival world event and build private and guild Dimensions.

Those who don’t have an account can create one here preparation for this weekend’s event.
