LA Game Space Kickstarter inches closer to funding goal with seven days left

The LA Game Space Kickstarter has seven days left, and the folks behind the incentive have added new high tier updates for the $3,000 to $10,000 range.

Also of note, those who wish to acquire extra game packs, can do so and gift them to friends by donating an extra $15 for each pack.

The Kickstarter is hoping to raise $250,000 to fund a non-profit development center in Los Angeles.

Those who donate will receive 30 indie games, including an exclusive title from Katamari Damacy creator Keita Takahashi, for $15.

The LA Game Space will house exhibitions; host speaker series, workshops, developers; residency programs; and enable research through equipped labs.

The Kickstarter has earned $172,757 so far from 5,614 backers.
