NBA 2K13 Wii U enables coaching, biometric scanning

By Brenna Hillier, Tuesday, 13 November 2012 05:16 GMT

The latest NBA 2K13 Developer Insights trailer is all about the Wii U version’s unique features.

As you’ll see in the video below, the Wii U Game Pad can be used to gain alternate views of the court, showing your “hot and cold zones” (that’s sports talk; someone explain it to me) as well as how your players are doing physically. On top of that, you can use it to quickly issue coaching commands.

NBA 2K13 is already available on a variety of formats, but hits Wii U at launch – November 18 in the US and November 30 in Europe.
