Marvel Super Hero Squad Online, the free-to-play MMO title from Gazillion has burst through the four million player mark. The game launched last year and to celebrate the developer is relaunching its official hub and opening it up to Europe. Get the details below.

The game's official social site HeroUp.com has been relaunched as the default landing page for all territories - rather than using localised versions - to make Marvel Super Hero Squad Online a more connected experience for players.

On the relaunch, David Brevik, President and COO of Gazillion Entertainment said “Breaking 4 million registered users is a tremendous achievement for Marvel Super Hero Squad Online and for Gazillion Entertainment. We love the passion that our players have shown for the game, and we are excited to continue to put out new and exciting content for them to enjoy."

Rob Steffens, GM of Marvel Studios added, "We’re very proud of the latest achievements of Super Hero Squad Online and our partner, Gazillion Entertainment. Most importantly, we’re appreciative of the fans, whose support of the game has made it possible to reach this milestone moment.”
