The Amazing-Spider Man scores two PS3 exclusive DLC packs

The Amazing-Spider Man will expand with two DLC packs this week - but only on PlayStation 3.

The first hint that the DLC would be platform exclusive - something of an unusual occurence for Activision games - was its announcement via the US PS Blog.

The PlayStation Twitter later confirmed the new content as exclusive - although they don't add any new trophies.

The Lizard Rampage Pack lets you play as the LIzard and includes Peter Parker's first costume, the Vigilante Suit. The Oscorp Search & Destroy Pack adds two new mini-games.

In addition to the two exclusive packs, two new characters will be added in this week's US PS Store update - Stan Lee and the Rhino, both previously available only through pre-order incentives.

The packs will be priced between $3 and $4 and available in a bundle for $10.
