Mass Effect 3 - Operation Patriot N7 Bounty Weekend is underway

Mass Effect 3 has another N7 Bounty Weekend underway, and this time it's called Operation Patriot.

According to the description, Cerberus continues to put pressure on the troops, hindering the "fight against the Reapers." Players will have to target Cerberus’ most valuable assets: their Atlas Mechs.

The Squad Goal is to perform an extraction on any difficulty with all squad members as the same non-human race. This will requires two or more players in squad.

The Allied Goal is to kill 600,000 Atlas Mechs on any map at any difficulty, and the special circumstance this time out is a reduced travel speed for Escort Drones.

If the Squad Goal is a success, all squad members will be awarded a Commendation Pack. Allied Goal success will award players with a Victory Pack.

A new rare weapon that can be unlocked for multiplayer, The Argus Assault Rifle which was previously only available in single-player, is available.

Operation Patriot runs from today through September 23.
