Special Forces: Team X -"stylized, team-centric third-person shooter," announced for PC

Special Forces: Team X, a PC game in development at Zombie Studios, has been announced as a downloadable release for fall.

The title will be in collaboration with Microprose and Atari.

Special Forces: Team X is a "stylized, team-centric third-person shooter," according to the product description, where elite squads of Special Forces operatives will have a go at one another.

It will contain a "dynamic tile map system," which will allow for over 100 battlefield combinations based on player voting.

PAX Prime attendees will get a preview of Special Forces: Team X next week.

Special Forces: Team X, as noted previously, is out in the fall.
