Stardock suing ex-staffer over loss of Elemental: War of Magic assets

Stardock is suing a former employee for allegedly making a seriously dramatic exit from the company's employ. Kotaku reports an ex-marketing manager has been accused of nicking off with a laptop, loads of confidential information, and some mysterious "material" for Elemental: War of Magic. The company is seeking $1 million in damages. You can dive into the sordid details on PDFCast.
