The Secret World purchase nets free points for trial participants

Funcom is offering 1,200 free points to anybody who took part in last weekend's free trial and subsequently purchases the full game before August 12. The points are redeemable for a variety of vanity items which, if you've run around the MMORPG for any length of time, you'll soon be hankering for; Pat nearly fired me for having a better outfit than his Harry Potter look-alike. The Secret World is just over one month old and has released the first of planned monthly updates.
