'Wii U leaked boxart is real': Nintendo issues statement

Wii U box art sprung up early on Amazon, sparking something of a frenzy online. Nintendo has spoken out to clarify a few points on the matter.

In case you needed more proof that the leaked Wii U pack shots were real, Nintendo confirmed the matter in a new statement, "Nintendo has finalised the design of the Wii U game box art, and many of our publishing partners have already incorporated it into their own game packaging. We are seeing those game packages online as retailers are starting to showcase their games."

The statement follows Ubisoft coming out a few days ago and saying basically the same thing, but now it's official.
