MW3 PS3 weapon patch notes released, Terminal fix 'incoming'

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has received some a new weapon balancing patch. Infinity Ward has revealed all buffs and nerfs in a forum post, and announced that the DLC map Terminal will be lag-free by launch.
The changes - listed on the official Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 forums rebalance a handful of assault rifles and SMGs:
- FAD – increased damage and range
- M16A4 – increased damage and fire rate
- AK47 – reduced kickSMG’s Buffed
- UMP45 – increased damage
- MP5 – increased fire rate
- PM9 – reduced kick
MP1st is also reporting that the free DLC map Terminal is being patched and an update will be available in time for when it launches on Call of Duty: Elite PS3 August 16.
The fix remedies known matchmaking issues and lag problems with the map.
