Dark Knight Rises, Justice League mobile games inbound

A pair of new DC-licensed mobile games are headed to a device near you.

The first is a Gameloft-developed tie in for The Dark Knight Rises, which opens this week. It's slated to hit Android and iOS on July 20, and looks to be a third-person action affair, with combat, vehicle sequences, and more.

Justice League: Earth's Final Defence seems to be a longer-lived affair, with developer NetMarble aiming for a northern summer release for the tag-team brawler. Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, the Flash, and Green Lantern are on board, and players will be able to customise characters with unlockable powers and support abilities. No Android release has been confirmed, alas.

Trailers for both offerings are below.
