Microsoft has updated its Xbox Live content schedule, and the releases kick off today with a sale on Fallout 3 and Oblivion content, Kinect PlayFit, and Portal 2 and Zumba Fitness Rush hit Games on Demand. Below the break you will also find a date for the free Mass Effect 3: Earth Multiplayer Expansion and more.

Speaking of sales, you'll also discounts on Microsoft Studios titles Toy Soldiers Cold War, Hydrophobia, Section 8 Prejudice, The Splatters, and Hydro Thunder Hurricane.

Tomorrow, you can expect the following to land on the service Babel Rising: Sky’s the Limit DLC, Quantum Conundrum, Zuma’s Revenge! and on July 13 Dungeon Fighter Live and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD releases.

A sale on Ubisoft titles starts July 17, where discounts will be applied to Might & Magic Clash of Heroes I’m the Boss! DLC, Scott Pilgrim Knives Chau DLC Pack, RUSE Pack of the Rising Sun, and RUSE The Chimera Pack .
