Sony unveils AR Play scheme for Japan, shows three new games

Sony's unveiled AR Play, a brand new program for PlayStation Vita in Japan that will showcase the handheld's augmented reality feature.

Beginning this Thursday, June 28, Sony will offer players specially-marked AR cards that can be printed out and used. Pre-printed AR cards will also be handed out by retailers for new Vita owners.

Three new games have also been unveiled as part of the plan that will be free to download: Cliff Diving, Fireworks and Table Play Soccer.
