Persona 3 film adaptation confirmed

A film adaptation of Persona 3 has been confirmed by ANN.
Confirmation came in the form of a teaser which was shown during the end of the Persona 4 The Animation - the Factor of Hope, with the protagonist of Persona 3 making a cameo appearance.
The snip shows the character putting an Evoker - the "guns" used to summon a Persona in the game - to his head and pulling the trigger. It also mentions that production of the film adaptation has begun.
No other details have been announced as yet.
