Jet Set Radio heading to the Vita

SEGA has announced that the Dreamcast classic Jet Set Radio is to be released for the PlayStation Vita.

The much-loved Dreamcast title will arrive on the Vita this summer and will feature all-new features that make use of the Vita's new control inputs.

Touch functionality lets you spray graffiti, while the game will sport camera integration - presumably to add your own graffiti to the game. It's designed to be a perfect handheld conversion of the HD version of the game that's set to arrive on Xbox 360 and PlayStation Network for PS3 this summer.

"The fan reaction to our recent reveal of Jet Set Radio has been incredible!" said Haruki Satomi, Senior Vice President of Digital Business at SEGA. "As Jet Set Radio is focused on creativity, the touch capabilities of the PlayStation VITA are proving to be a perfect fit."

It'll be playable at E3 2012. See the first shots below.
