Epic’s added stereoscopic 3D support to Unreal Engine. A RealID’s product has been used.

The partnership comes after 3D support had been provided previously by TriOrviz. That’s now been droppedi n favour of RealID’s tech.

“Bringing RealD to the Unreal Engine makes it even easier to give players the most cutting-edge stereo 3D games possible,” said Epic president Mike Capps.

“We are thrilled to make their tools available to Unreal Engine developers everywhere.”
