LEGO Lord of the Rings to be released late October

LEGO Lord of the Rings is real and will release late this October, according to a listing from a leading online retailer.

The listing from ShopTo, which has since been taken down, stated that the game would release on October 26 of this year at a recommended retail price of £49.99. The Xbox 360 version was shown in the listing, featuring placeholder box art, with the SMS code "XB2LE25".

The listing further validates yesterday's report, which seemingly confirmed the game's existence by the inclusion of the Traveller's Tales logo on the packaging for the new LEGO sets
