PlayStation 3 is the lead-selling console in Europe so far this year, figures from Nintendo’s investor conference last night has shown.

PS3 has sold somewhere between 50,000 and 100,000 units per week in the continent so far, according to the numbers (via MCV). 3DS was second with sales of 30,000-50,000 units, followed by Xbox 360. In fact, 360 sales were actually better up until week six.

For Japan, 3DS is currently dominating in sales of 65,000-120,000 units per week, followed by PS3.

In the US, Xbox 360 rules the roost with PS3 and 3DS coming in just behind it.
