Elastic shuts down Police Warfare Kickstarter

Elastic Games has cancelled its Kickstarter project for Police Warfare. According to a statement on the pledge page: "Thank you so much for the incredible response to the game. We're shutting down the Kickstarter account, but this is by no means the end of Police Warfare. News will be coming." As of two hours ago when the pledge drive was canceled, the proof-of-concept has garnered $25,025 towards its $325,000 goal with 784 people backing the project. Thanks, Joystiq.
