CD Projekt announces loads of Witcher-related goodness at Spring Conference

CD Projekt RED announced during it Spring Conference today that those who currently own Witcher 2 on PC will be upgraded to the Enhanced Edition the same day April 17 it releases on Xbox 360.

It will be whopper though at 10GB, but you can download 95% of it starting April 11.

The firm will also be handing out 1000 free copies of the game to be reviewed. To get one, you need to head through here and explain why you need a copy before April 9. If you are accepted, you will receive it on April 12.

The original Witcher is now also available on Mac exclusively through Steam, and an interactive digital Witcher comic is coming to iPhones and iPads April 17.

The best part? Readers can "swipe their fingers across and have Geraldt slash a foe with his sword, or pull down a woman’s blouse" for free.

Finally, on April 17, those who have purchased the Witcher 2 can download a free digital backup copy through GoG which will give you access to a 100% DRM-free version of the game no matter where you purchased it.

Shew. That's a lot of good Witcher related news!
