Codemasters to expand Warwickshire, Birmingham offices with 125 new positions 

Codemasters has announced it plans to create 125 jobs in the UK with the majority being places at the firm's Warwickshire studio, and 25 heading off to its Birmingham offices.

Speaking with Develop, the firm's talent acquisition manager Simon Miles said the hiring spree was in response to the "success of our recent games" and the firm's plans for the future which entails continues growth as it expands its teams in the Midlands.

"The skilled talent pool in Birmingham, along with the support available for developers in the area and across the Midlands generally, has created a dynamic and creative local business community," he said.

"We're looking to recruit staff from across the region as well as enticing some new employees into the city."
