Acquire to publish Sega veteran's Vita music rhythm game

Shenmue and Space Channel veteran Tak Hirai has a new music game in the works.

Andriasang reports the game was outed in this week's Famitsu, and is headed to Japanese Vitas in northern summer.

Little is known of the gameplay so far; Hirai apparently described it as a blend of music and strategy. It's apparently so unique that it's difficult to explain; even his employees had trouble swallowing it at first.

Acquire is publishing, but no word yet on whether it'll make it to English-speaking territories, especial as it's, uh, it's called Orgarhythm. We're all grown ups here and we don't need to make the obvious joke.

Hirai founded his own development team, Neilo, in late 2010.
