BioWare looking into missing Mass Effect 3 multiplayer items

BioWare has confirmed it is investigating missing items in the multiplayer component of Mass Effect 3.

Players have reported that as well as items, classes and various unlocks that came as part of the multiplayer's reward system.

Community coordinator Chris Priestly has said the company is looking into it, adding that players can avoid losing unlocks by not visiting the store whilst ready for a match and not accepting invites to matches while in the store.
