Legend of Grimrock to release on PC in April

Almost Human has announced its first-person dungeon crawler Legend of Grimrock will launch on PC in "early April."

According to co-founder Petri Häkkinen, an exact date and distribution platforms will be announced once the NDA has expired.

"There’s still a few bugs to fix and testers are still finding stuff to polish, and we're also going to do the long overdue site migration to a more powerful server with more bandwidth over the next two weeks," added Häkkinen in the official post. "Biggest of all we are going to freeze the code and content pretty soon, build our first release candidate and start the final round of testing.

"We hope to get the RC out of the oven to testers sometime next week. And before you ask, beta testing is still closed so no need to apply for beta testing."

Pre-orders for the title will go live "a few weeks before launch," and Mac as well as iOS versions are planned.

Founded by former Remedy and Futuremark members, Almost Human announced Legend of Grimrock was in development last year.
