Gotham City Impostors tops Xbox Live Arcade charts

Monolith's shooter was the most popular Xbox Live Arcade title in this week's activity charts.

Gotham City Impostors beat out The Simpsons Arcade Game and Double Fine Happy Action Theatre, both expected to chart strongly, but pipped by perennial favourites.

On the full release side of things, Call of Duty retained its crown, accompanied by the usual suspects, but the Mass Effect 3 demo was a notably high entry, and Kingdoms of Amalur was the only recent release to chart.

Minecraft clones dominated the indie charts once again, and PC gamers remained firmly ensconced in regular favourites.
