Eurogamer Expo 2012 tickets go on sale

Eurogamer's launched ticket sales for this year's Expo, introducing an Early Bird discount for those who buy before June 1.

Under Early Bird discount, day tickets will cost £10, afternoon tickets will be £7.50 and early entry tickets will be £12. After June 1, prices will go up by £12, £9 and £16 respectively.

Virgin Media customers will get early entry tickets for £6 and "super passes," consisting of early entry tickets for all four days, for £40. These discounts will stay in place until the show begins.

"We’re excited to have a range of ticket options available this year. This truly reflects how the Expo has grown over time, and how we are able to provide for both casual and hardcore gamers alike," said Eurogamer MD Rupert Loman.

EG's also confirmed a GamesIndustry.Biz Fair for this year's event, which will take place on the first two days of the show. This'll include a careers fair, education fair and sessions, a tools and services demo area and more.

The popular GamesAid/EG Expo afterparty will also return.

"We have achieved critical mass in terms of gamers and games during Expo week, which in turn has attracted journalists, retail buyers, publishers and developers to the show," added Loman.

"By adding these new business elements there will be even more great reasons for the rest of the industry to congregate at the Expo this year."

Eurogamer Expo takes place between September 27-30 at Earls Court.
