If you’re in Japan, you can get free downloadable content for your Nintendo DS and 3DS consoles by popping into your local McDonald’s.

Nintendo’s offering four DLC packs for Slime Mori Mori Dragon Quest 3 via Wi-Fi connection at any McDonald’s within Japan. The offer will be valid for the next four weeks.

Owners of both consoles will also be able to download a game called Slime Ship Battle DX during this period, made specifically for this promotional campaign. That’s not all though; beat the game and you’ll be offered a discount coupon which can be used on any of the McDonald’s outlets across Japan.

Eat some burgers and play some games, innit.
