Konami has pushed back the European PlayStation Network release of The Simpsons Arcade to match that of the Xbox Live Arcade launch on February 8.

The game will still feature as a no-cost bonus to PS Plus subscribers for four weeks, while a free offer of the Back to the Future games has been extended by one week to compensate, according to the EU PS Blog.

Siliconera reports the HD remastered arcade classic includes four player online play, survival and free play modes, and includes the Japanese version of the game.

In the US, the side-scrolling beat’-em-up arrives on Xbox Live on Thursday and hits the PSN on February 7, as previously scheduled.
