Dragon's Dogma gets new story trailer, class details, more

Capcom has unleashed a massive pile of new information on mysterious action RPG Dragon's Dogma, with a story trailer, two class profiles, and a whole new website.

Capcom Unity introduced two of the game's classes, the fighter and strider, complete with videos of them in action; the enemies you'll see through the link are invincible, to give you a chance to check out all the moves and abilities. The strider uses daggers with a bow as back up, and has some neat special abilities to trap exploit enemy weaknesses. The fighter is keen on one handed weapons and also uses a shield, and his special powers are melee based.

The game's website promises to reveal the remaining classes - mage, ranger, warrior, sorcerer, magick archer, mystic knight and assassin - over the next few months.

Check out the story trailer below. Dragon's Dogma is expected on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in May, with early access to the Resident Evil 6 demo for first-print copies of the game. The action RPG features an interesting system allowing players to swap AI companions.
