Syndicate co-op demo to release at "the end of January"

EA will release a four-player co-op demo for Syndicate "at the end of January" on PSN and XBL.

The demo is of a mission called Western Europe where players must team up and infiltrate Cayman Global, assassinate Colonel Enrico Gabron, steal his technology blueprints and force his people back across the Atlantic.

Western Europe is one of the nine missions in the game, all of which can be played with up to four players. Many have been reimagined from the original game.

In the main game, co-op missions tell the story of Wulf Western, and as agents of this new Syndicate, players will be up against Cayman Global, Aspari and Eurocorp, where they must acquire rival Syndicates' technology and headhunt their senior executives.

Syndicate is slated for release on February 21 in North America and February 24 in Europe on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. Origin is required to play the game on PC.
