Konami Vita download title to get freemium release

Konami's confirmed it'll release a free download game for Vita's launch.

AR Combat Digi Q: Friend Tank Battalion, an AR-supported tank battle game, will be free for the first five stages.

After that, it's all premium: Stages 6-30 will set you back ¥800. There will be a launch discount until January that will let you buy the pack at a discount at ¥500.

Stages 31-35 will be ¥200, as will Stages 36-40.

The game will release as part of Vita's launch in Japan on December 17.
