Team Meat: We're "jaded fools," our logo "looks like s**t"

Team Meat's Edmund McMillen has claimed the two-man dev squad is now formed of "arrogant, jaded fools," speaking in an anniversary voiceover for Super Meat Boy's birthday.

Since the release of the indie platformer, McMillen and Tommy Refenes have transformed from "poor hobos to slightly rich hobos," Refenes added.

The video, released today on GameTrailers, also includes such dazzling insight as describing the design process behind Team Meat's logo.

"I made it in, like, f**king two seconds," said McMillen. "I scribbled it down and it was, like: 'That looks like s**t. And that's exactly what we need for the logo.'"

Watch it below. They duo talk over the entire game, which is played by some poor, unnamed man apparently blessed with preternatural platforming skills.
