New Little King’s Story coming to Europe

Konami has confirmed it will bring the Vita version of Little King’s Story to the West.

Siliconera reports the game’s official English title is New Little King’s Story.

Like the first game, New Little King’s Story blends RPG, strategy and city-building, but is being developed by Marvelous without input from either of the game’s original creators, as both creators joined Grasshopper Manufacture after Cinq was closed.

Players are granted the powers of a special crown allowing them to influence others, and must battle monsters and improve their kingdom by recruiting followers of different kinds.

The Vita version sports touch screen controls, day and night transitions, environmental response to your policies, and giant chicken bosses. It’s expected in 2012, with no US release announced as yet.
