City of Heroes to introduce new loyalty program

Paragon's announced the 2012 Salute to Statesman Loyalty Program for City of Heroes. The scheme will enable players of the MMO to gain exclusive costume parts, emotes and more by remaining a loyal sub. Those who would like to gain their extras will need to make sure their subscription doesn't run out between December 1 and March 31.
