Ubisoft: AC Revelations PC to ship without always-on DRM

Ubisoft's confirmed to RPS it will ship the PC version of Assassin's Creed: Revelations without the publisher's always-on DRM.

The company has had the controversial system in most of the games its published since it was first introduced in early 2010 with the exception of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood in March.

But the publisher's confirmed it'll also avoid introducing it for Revelations. This year, the DRM's been in titles like Driver: San Francisco and From Dust.

Revelations launches on PC on December 2, two weeks after its console launch next week. Here's its launch trailer.
