Internal PayPal email points to November 15 release for new Xbox Dashboard

According to an internal email from PayPal, gathered by Kotaku, Microsoft is prepping to launch the new Xbox Dashboard on November 15, ten years to the day the original Xbox launched in the US. The mail asked employees at PayPal to try out the payment system, which was already included as a new way to pay on 360 in May, on the console before the new dashboard's launch. We'll ask Microsoft.
