Early 2012 MGS 3DS launch confirmed, ZoE HD Collection aiming for early-to-mid 2012 launch

Hideo Kojima confirmed at TGS over the weekend that Metal Gear Solid 3DS: Snake Eater would release early next year.

At a Kojima Productions stage show over the weekend, the Metal Gear creator confirmed it would be out this winter, but within the early 2012 side of things.

The timeline confirms the reports from near the end of June, putting it within the same release period.

Kojima also confirmed that it was aiming to have the Zone of the Enders HD Collection out by either early or mid-2012. A timeline was never mentioned in regards to ZoE other than just next year.

It'll appear on PS3, 360 and VIta, the latter announced last week.

In regards to the MGS HD Collection, the 360 version will feature Avatar items in place of the download code for the original Metal Gear Solid, which will be for the PS1 version.

it was announced last week that the MGS Collection would release in Japan on November 23 for PS3 and 360. A Vita version will launch next year.
