Deus Ex: Human Revolution ships 2 million worldwide

Square Enix has announced its shipped 2 million units of Deus Ex: Human Revolution since its release two weeks ago.

A breakdown on shipment numbers per region wasn't provided by the company in the release.

The Eidos Montreal reboot of the series, first announced back in 2007, released on PS3, 360, PC and OnLive back on August 23 in the US and August 26 in the UK.

Human Revolution was the biggest-selling game in the US last month, according to NPD figures released last night.

Square recently announced story DLC for the game, The Missing Link, which will drop in October.
