Professor Layton and the Last Specter, Tetris: Axis dated for US

Nintendo's announced release dates for both Professor Layton and the Last Specter on DS and Tetris: Axis for 3DS in the US.

Professor Layton and the Last Specter will be releasing on October 17, and will also include the bonus Professor Layton's London Life RPG as a North American exclusive. The bonus game was also available for the Japanese release of Last Specter, but you had to beat the game in order to unlock it.

The North American release of Last Specter will have it unlocked right from the start, meaning you won't need to beat the game to unlock it.

Tetris: Axis, which brings the popular block-dropper to 3DS, will be releasing on October 7. It'll come with new features like 8 player wireless multiplayer support, augmented reality features and more.

Nintendo's also announced a bundle for Zelda: Skyward Sword today, in case you missed it.
