Bethesda confirms same-sex marriages for Skyrim

Bethesda PR and marketing boss Pete Hines has confirmed that there will be same-sex marriages in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

When approached on Twitter by someone who asked on the subject, Hines responded: "Not hush hush, just not making a huge deal out of it. You can marry anyone."

He later clarified by saying in a further tweet: "Sorry, should clarify. Not any NPC, just mean any male or female. Doesn't matter what you're playing."

Now you can marry a gay Khajiit in the game. Everyone's a winner.

The AAA superstar RPG launches on November 11 on PS3, 360 and PC.
