Bear necessities being added to Kinectimals this autumn 

Kinectimals already has lion and tigers, and now it's getting bears - oh my! Sorry. We couldn't resist.

As if kitties weren't cute enough, Kinectimals Now with Bears is coming this fall, and in it players, along with a new guide named Bumblina and a new bear cub, will explore an uncharted island off the coast of Lemuria. Bring your bear cub along to track Captain Blackwood’s progress when he explored the island more than 200 years ago, and uncover a mysterious device buried underground.

Players will be able to adopt various species of bears such as the black, grizzly, cinnamon, glacier or polar bear. The original Kinectimals is not needed to play, as this one also comes with the original's lion, tiger, cheetah, leopard and panther, 10 unlockable critters and the quests Legend of Felis Aurum and the Fiddler’s Quest.

Also in stores will be a variety of Kinectimals plush pals including the white tiger, Bornean clouded leopard, polar bear and more. Players can scan these using the Microsoft Tag included with the toy.

Kinectimals Now with Bears will be available this autumn, and for those who already own the original, the Bear Island content will be made available through XBL upon release.
