Grasshopper's Lollipop Chainsaw unveiled in Famitsu

The first details of Grasshopper's first console game after Shadows of the Damned have gotten out via this week's Famitsu, and the mag's official site has gone live with screenshots for the game.

Called Lollipop Chainsaw, the game sees you play as zombie hunter Juliet. Currently a student, Juliet is apparently in a long line of zombie hunters. Good thing, then, considering zombies have invaded her school, San Romero High.

Also noted in Famitsu is that when you kill a zombie, the blood splatters are pink, so are her underwear. It's a poppy thing, apparently.

Kadokawa Games, which were rumored to be involved with the game back in February, will publish the game in Japan for PS3 and 360. No release date, nor is there any mention of a release here in the west.
