Gotham City Impostors has "no class"

Monolith Productions' Lucas Myers has said Gotham City Imposters has "no class".

Asked how the game compares to Team Fortress 2 - as an example of a lighthearted team-based shooter - Myers told Gamepron the biggest difference is in class - or lack of class.

"One of the big differentiations with our game that we're really excited about is customisation," he said.

"We're packing a ton of content into our customisation - especially for a digitally released game.

"Our game is not class based whatsoever. So anything you unlock as you're levelling up your impostor, you can make any load outs however you want.

"So if you wanna take the healing tool, and you want the bazooka, and you want the skinny body type you can put all that together.

"It's completely up to the player how they want to make their class - their own class. We have no class."

Gotham City Impostors will release on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360; no release date as yet. Check out the debut trailer here.
