A user over at NeoGaf has posted the first picture of PS Vita memory cards. The memory cards in the picture come in four variants - 4 GB, 8 GB, 16 GB, and 32 GB. If anyone was wondering what they might look like and how much space they can carry, now you know.(Thanks, ZakAttack).
