Tales of Festival 2011 shows off Tales of Xillia PS3-bundle

Namco Bandai's Tales of Festival 2011 is going on in Japan, and some really nice information on Tales of Xillia was revealed at the event.

The box-art for the game was shown featuring artwork by Mutsumi Inomata and Kosuke Fujishima, and it was also announced that those who pre-order the game in Japan will get DLC containing different Tales costumes. Once a pre-order is put down, a code for a Cless Alvein (Tales of Phantasia) costume for Jude and a Stahn Aileron (Tales of Destiny) costume for Milla will be handed over. Codes for PS3 themes will also be handed out.

But the coolest thing shown at the event was the Xillia-themed PS3 bundle.

Called the Tales of Xillia X Edition, it comes with the Tales of Xillia-themed PS3 console with 160GB HD, the game, and a Dualshock controller. It will cost 37,980 Yen ($470) and will be released on September 8 alongside the standard edition of the game.

Another bundle called the Tales of Xillia Kyun Chara Pack will be sold for 12,980 Yen ($160), and it comes with the game, a Kyun Chara figure of Jude and Milla, a special edition box and a calendar.

A gameplay video for Xillia was also shown, which we have posted for you below.

Still no western date yet, but we can continue to hope for one at E3 possibly.

Thanks: Gamekyo, Abyssal Chronicles.
