Rumor no more: Penguin confirmed for Arkham City

Well, that pretty much cuts it. If you're a Batman villain and you haven't been invited to the big bash in Arkham City, you're probably not cool. Even Penguin - who's only kind of a bad guy and brings freaking umbrellas to superpower fights - has now gone official on the cover of PSM3 (via IGN). So yeah. Sorry, Calendar Man. Might be time to hang up the... whatever that is.
