Quickshots - Minecraft sky dimension confirmed

A future update will bring a "sky dimension" to Minecraft, joining Hell and, you know, the one you normally walk around in.

Notch tweeted a series of images of an experimental "sky dimension" for Minecraft yesterday.

It seems he was just messing about, but after the images drew attention from PC Gamer among others, the developer confirmed the addition.

"And because PC Gamer made such a big deal of the sky dimension, I guess I'll have to finish it. Consider it confirmed," he said.
